ONCE's Regulatory State Regulations are defined in Royal Decree 358/1991, of 15 March, which reforms the ONCE-Organización Nacional de Ciegos Españoles (National Organisation of Spanish blind people), amended by Royal Decrees1200/1999, of 9 July 1999 and 1359/2005, of 18 November, and by its current Articles of Association, published by Order SCB/1240/2019, of 18 December (Official State Gazette (BOE) of 21 December 2019) (information provided in compliance with Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce).
